Sunday Serve Day 2017

There are some quarterly Sundays in which we will have opportunities to serve in our community. On May 7, we have a serve that feeds the homeless and under resourced. Breakfast - Prince of Peace on Main St in OTR, 6 am - 8 am. We will also run the Hogwash Station at the Flying Pig, put together gift baskets for a Foster Parent Appreciation Dinner at Beech Acres, and then host families who have been displaced from their homes in the evening. For more information, please email Laura Burger

Project 5000

Food pantry shelves are typically the most bare in the summer months. As a result, people (especially children) may not get enough to eat during those months. You can help keep the pantry shelves filled by participating in our Project 5000 (based on Jesus Feeding the 5000 found in the Gospels of Matthew and John). Beginning May 1, please check out boxes (along with grocery lists) in the Narthex or West Hallway. Fill the boxes at the Anderson Towne Center Kroger and return them to the Annex building. One box feeds a family of four for two days. Project ends June 11.

2017 VBS - Camp Out: Getting S'More of Jesus!
